In my experience, DiscoverCard has had pretty good customer service. When one calls with a complaint, they are very understanding, and willing to change whatever caused the complaint in a timely and fashionable manner. They seem to be very mature with their customers, striving to work for the consumer, not just themselves.

In my experience, Visa has also had great customer service. They are very nice and comfortable with their customers, giving everything they can to service capitalism. They are very welcoming to all new customers, and have a plan for every kind of person, from the student to the senior, from those with no credit to those with great credit. No matter who you are, you can always find a place with Visa.

By far my favorite credit card company, based on customer service, MasterCard is renowned for working closely with their customers. When you call with a complaint, you are greeted by a real person, not a machine. With their 24-hour hotline, you can call with a question or complaint any time. All questions are answered in a timely fashion, and all complaints are addressed quickly. When it comes to MasterCard, customer service doesn't have to be a hassle.
